Breakfast in Ireland, flights on time, arrived 10 mins before start of match.
Really good pre season game. Both sides made several "rolling" subs thoughout the game. Excellent playing surface led to both sides playing a good passing game with the emphasis on skills as opposed to hoofing the ball! Result was probably a fair reflection but we could easily have won it - although the players playing in different formations and getting closer to full fitness was the real aim. I'm sure Kevin and Gerry would have been happy with all aspects of the game. With several key players likely to be injured at the start of the season there are a number of places up for grabs.
Good stuff and several very good performances!

On the BALL report by all acconts KD, wonder what diffrence the new formation made ? Subs had some great chances to win the game with a few one on ones and some neat passing in 2nd half. Looking forward to City on Wednesday and well done Brooksy with his brace of goals.

Did you go Tickeyboo? If so where abouts in the ground were you, only a handful went so the best time to introduce yourself.
Anyway the team was (no subs announced due to rolling subs) 1 - Rooney 2 - Mully 3 - Manning 4 - Connor 5 - Forrest 6 - Reese Kelly 7 - Barlow 8 - M.Jones 9 - Brooks 10 - Roscoe 11 - Matty Ward 12 - Mark Drew 14 - Ricardo Brandau
