As I'm sure you all are aware, on this date in 1765 Frederick County, Maryland repudiated the British Stamp Act, thus placing the first cobblestone in the road leading to American independence. Our Nations' relationship has much improved since then. So, as a token of our esteem for your loyal friendship of late, we'd like to return several parcels of real estate won from you in the Revolutionary War--specifically, western Virginia, Georgia, and parts of New York City. Now, I know these aren't the prime bits but it's the best I could do in these economic times (we had them sold to investors in Ghana but they never put the money into our account). ;D ;D ;D
Cheers, Mates!!!!!!

It was German philosopher, Friedrich Hegel, who said, ”The only thing we learn from history is that we learn nothing from history.” It was Michael Palin’s sister Sarah who said, “I believe that history teaches us lessons, and we're idiots if we don't learn from history,'' I’m not sure what all this means but Palin also said "They are also building schools for the Afghan children so that there is hope and opportunity in our neighbouring country of Afghanistan." Does this say something about American imperialistic expansion?

Nice segue! I had no idea Michael and Sarah were siblings! I should have known from his statement,"He's not dead. He's pining for the fjords." And where else are there fjords? exactly!
But please note: Sarah is the conservatives 'very attractive' flavor of the 'we-need-a-candidate-in-2012' month. Michael could be the better choice.
Regarding American imperialistic expansion: we use the term 'land management'.
